New Horizons was founded in 2019 by Bryan Telfair and Darryl Jones.  They started this agency with two licensed AFL homes and expanded their horizons with group homes for both adults and adolescents.  Their passion to help others gave them the courage to branch out on their own to create an agency that would focus on the strengths and abilities of the individuals they served.
